Job/Work/Project Description: Feed & Grain Manager
Successful Northeastern Wisconsin company has a management opportunity available for a successful individual experienced in feed manufacturing and sales, grain handling and commodity marketing. This position is part of a highly professional organization and is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the feed and grain division to meet the company's desired financial results.
Management of $5 million feed manufacturing facility along with grain storage operation. Supervise 8 – 10 employees including sales/nutrition team. Candidate should possess exceptional knowledge and abilities in business planning, budgeting, sales management, quality control, maintenance supervision, customer relations and safety activities in similar operation. The manager must be highly motivated and detail oriented to succeed.
Proven leadership abilities
Successful background in mill management and marketing
Experience with profit & loss statements
2 years prior supervisory (operations and sales) experience
Excellent communication skills
Sales, marketing and risk management experience
BS degree in Ag related field preferred
