Best Management Practices Video Creation

The Missouri and Mississippi Resource Conservations & Divide is seeking a freelancer or small business to produce several videos on topics pertaining to conservation practices in agriculture.
Requirements for this project will be:
-Ability to program and create 3-dimensional graphics with movement
-Take a concept and information to form a very professional looking video
-Add voice over
-Make hard to see processes and effects of soil erosion come to light
Statement from M&M RC&D:
We are seeking technical assistance to continue developing innovative, three-dimensional computer animations of both agricultural and urban best management practices that will communicate the form, function, and benefits of these practices to a wide range of target audiences and the general public. The proposed animations will serve as a national education model for outreach on conservation best management practices. The BMP animations will include visual graphics and descriptive audio depicting the hard to see natural resources processes such as soil erosion, more specifically the saltation process. At the same time, the animations can be used by the M&M Divide RC&D, natural resource angecies, and other conservation/education partners as they work to educate landowners, operators, developers, students and the general public about critical natural resource conservation measures and techniques. The final number of BMPs animated will depend on the complexity and length of the animations. It is anticipated that each animation will be two to four minutes in length.
