Cornerstone Specialist - ABS Global
ABS Global, Inc., a global producer and marketer of bovine genetics and related products, is currently seeking a Progeny Test ABS Cornerstone Specialist. The ABS Progeny Test Cornerstone program is where ABS dairy sires begin their careers to become Rock Solid Sires and be potentially marketed to over 70 countries throughout the world.
The Progeny Test ABS Cornerstone Specialist will work with the ABS Cornerstone Team to grow Cornerstone and be responsible for assisting field staff with education and promotion of developing new herds as well as working with staff to evaluate and maintain data in herds already participating in the Cornerstone program. They will also be responsible for on-farm evaluation, coordinating and assisting with picturing of ABS sired progeny along with arranging and conducting ABS daughter and herd tours in the eastern U.S. In addition the ABS Cornerstone Specialist will coordinate and assist with the Holstein SET program for ABS in their area. The preferred location for this position is Pennsylvania.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with strong dairy cattle industry skills or 3-5 years of relevant experience. Role Purpose –

Accountabilities –
