Position: Feed Division Manager/Grain Merchandiser Location: Central Wisconsin Highlights: Career opportunity for a self-motivated leader to manage a multi-location feed and grain division in Central Wisconsin. The ideal candidate should possess excellent management, communication, problem solving and organizational skills. The position is responsible for supervision of the Feed and Grain Operations and maintenance, marketing and merchandising, profitability and sales, purchasing, pricing, reporting, inventory control, and risk management.
The Feed Division consists of two feed mills, a grain facility, and a companion animal Country Store. Total sales of the feed division are $24 million including $4 million of grain.
