We are currently hiring TOURING STAFF (1 Manager, 1 Asst. Manager and 2 Brand Ambassadors) for a large traveling exhibit on behalf of Monsanto, a leading agriculture company. These positions require 100% travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Internet Marketing Manager
Function: Manages the creation, execution, monitoring and reporting of Heifer’s Internet marketing to drive traffic to all externally facing fundraising websites. Works closely with other team members to ensure efficiency and high degree of donor user satisfaction of online income producing assets and provides user feedback to keep them at optimal usability. This position is directly responsible for specific online fundraising revenue in Fiscal Year 2010 with increasing fundraising targets in subsequent years. Manages the day-to-day work of the Internet Marketing team’s Search Engine Optimization & Marketing (SEO/SEM) manager, campaigns, and initiatives.
Responsibilities: Manage growth and diversify revenue through Heifer’s primary donation vehicles; online catalog, express giving, Friends of Heifer and other methods as assigned, largely utilizing existing digital assets and content. Manage advertising and display media and creative to drive online traffic to individual and team fundraising websites. Manage creative, content and approval process for email campaigns and e-newsletters. Manage the development of new creatives for websites and e-communications. Manage external relationships with advertising agencies and consultants, freelance designers and writers, independent contractors and internal creative services. Manage relationships with other technology vendors as assigned. Manage and maintain integration of Heifer secondary websites such as education websites with Heifer.org and the overall Heifer Web presence. Social Media Marketing Manager
Function: Position is responsible for executing Heifer’s Internet social marketing strategy through actively managing and building online relationships that directly impact contributions. Maximize communications to build communities of donors and advocates to support Heifer’s mission. A primary focus will be to grow and expand the various donation vehicles, especially Team Heifer, using social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, other viable social networking sites, and emerging technologies. Responsible for generating increased online donations in Fiscal Year 2010 with fundraising targets increasing in subsequent fiscal years. Supports other Internet marketing initiatives as required.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the tactical execution of Heifer’s social marketing strategy. Role Purpose –
• Participates in the development and implementation of the operational Marketing Plans under the leadership of the Head of Sales & Marketing and in close collaboration with the area sales teams, supply chain and the crop financial controller.
• Prepare, compile and archive business information data and organize its communication within the sales & marketing teams.
Accountabilities –
• Supports the Head of Sales & Marketing in the development and continuous up-dates of the crop strategic plan.
• Responsible for competitor and market information and dynamics. Identifies trends and anticipates potential threats/opportunities for our crop business.
• Contributes to decision making platforms as needed.
• Supports the Head of Sales & Marketing in crop marketing processes, i.e. pricing, product positioning, administration of dealer and grower agreements and programs (discounts, bookings, etc), business reporting calendar (contractual obligations with business partners), etc.
Implements tactical marketing support (advertising, promotion, sales sheets, dealer/grower events, trade shows, radio ads, etc.) and monitors, supports and follow-up the compliance of the area sales teams and the customer service with the actions stipulated in the marketing and crop strategic plan. Prepare and consolidate forecasts and business plans for submission to the Head of Sales & Marketing. Organize communication and re-distribution of these with the area sales teams once they have been finalized and validated by the Head of Sales & Marketing and the crop management.
• Develop, support and maintain the Hilleshög web site to make it an active and efficient marketing tool supporting the annual crop plan and crop strategy.
• Implement, develop, support and maintain the Hilleshög NAFTA team space.
• Share general business and crop information with the rest of the team and other Syngenta Seeds teams.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities –
Critical knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related agronomic field. • Agricultural based marketing experience.
