- Employee Communications - This person will collaborate with the Public Affairs team to determine the messaging and tone for our employee communications efforts. They will be responsible for writing / editing CEO updates, content for employee website, bulletin postings, lead the way strategy updates, employee presentations, Town Hall meetings and articles for facility news letters. This will require regular collaboration with business units to gather information and conduct research.
- HR Communications - Collaborate with HR to maintain a consistent message through communications regarding benefits, policies and programs including bulletins, emails and brochures. Work with the recruiting team to ensure consistency in messaging and tone for all recruiting materials across the organization.
- External Communications - Maintain a consistent message and tone to our external stakeholders through the public website, corporate brochures and corporate advertising copy. This position will team with Investor Relations to provide a consistent message and tone through our press releases, earnings scripts, and annual report.
- Executive Speeches and Presentations - Ensure consistent messaging and tone through executive speeches and presentations to various audiences including employees, investors, and analysts.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Major in English / Journalism / Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive communications experience.
- Exceptional writer with proven skills.
- Ability to match their writing style to specific projects ranging from executive speeches to web content.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize projects in a fast paced environment.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- High intellectual ability, self-confidence, and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-awareness, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel within U.S., Canada, and Brazil as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
