A grain elevator is looking for a top-notch Location Manager to oversee 2 shuttle locations in North Central Kansas. One facility is 100 car and the other is 110 car. Storage is 15m and they handle 40-60m bushels of grain. These are grain only locations. The ideal candidate needs operational expertise and employee management experience. These two locations are considered its own profit center with stand alone P & L resposibilities. There are 5 direct reports to this person and 30 employees total. The salary is around $100k for a base and incentive pay that doesn't have a ceiling that could lead to an additional $50-100k. This is too good of an opportunity to pass up for the qualified candidate.
