Working conditions while performing essential functions:  Combination of office and fieldwork.  Conditions are often dirty, dusty, and hot in combination with noisy equipment.  Potential allergens ? pollen, fungal spores, chemical pesticides in field or greenhouse.  Exposure to high and low temperatures, sun, rain, and dust.  Significant domestic and international travel throughout key markets required. Critical knowledge

• B.S. Degree or comparable experience in related field. Master?s degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Access Skills
• Strong background in statistics

Critical experience

• 3 years experience in seed production or supply chain background
• Experience or exposure to modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience mining, compiling, analyzing and reporting data from several different sources
