Job/Work/Project Description: The Vice President of Agronomy Operations will be responsible for the future direction of the division. This position will directly supervise up to six employees and have responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning and delegating work assignments; performance reviews; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- 10 years of related experience
- BA/BS degree preferred
