Highlights: This position will report to the Board of Directors. The General Manager will be responsible to oversee all co-op operations, as well as promoting the goals and vision of the co-op. The goal of the General Manager in all activities will be to promote team work and progressive opportunities that create valuable choices for the patrons, members, and employees of the cooperative. Co-op Supply, Inc is a very financially sound cooperative with an excellent track record, having sales greater that $9,000,000. The co-op has 4 profitable retail locations, selling large animal feeds, pet feed and supplies, hardware, wood pellets and logs, agricultural fencing and farm supplies. Marysville is located in beautiful Western Washington, ½ hour north of Seattle. Co-op Supply is looking for an individual who can demonstrate management level experience and has a background in operating a successful business. Retail experience would be preferred. The successful candidate must have an open and receptive attitude with exceptional communication skills.
