CERTIFIED ENERGY SPECIALIST – Locations: Sibley, IA (80%) and Marshall, MN (20%) RESPONSIBILITIES: To increase sales and profitability of an assigned cooperative account through implementation of sales, marketing and consulting processes for products and services provided by CHS. REQUIREMENTS: Four year degree in marketing, business, agriculture, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills; in listening and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Computer proficiency. Organization and Multiple Project Management. Problem solving methods and mathematics processes. Good working habits with ready self-learning aptitude. Ability to work without supervision. Important / Nice to Have: Petroleum industry experience with technical experiences in field. Agricultural background. Supervisory ability.
