| DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - Multiple Openings in IL I am working with a well known seed company to find several District Sales Managers in IL. This position is responsible for the sales and management of accounts in their territory, including recruiting and managing seed dealers. Some of the Specific Responsibilities of this position include: * Provide education and training to seed dealers * Motivate and assist dealer network to develop and grow market share. * Organize, plan and conduct educational and informative meetings. * Conduct service calls, and troubleshooting calls to all customers and report findings to research and management. Requirements: To be considered for this position, you MUST have experience in the agriculture industry and experience working with or knowledge of specific farmers in your area. This could include selling seed, fertilizer or other ag product, or managing a retail outlet. CCA or other certification is preferred but not required.
