Position Title/Summary	PR Ag or Commodity Group Account Director/Agency
This particular role is working within a global advertising, marketing and global communications organization with multiple locations throughout the world. There is currently a need in their Des Moines, IA office for a PR, Group Account Director. This person would be supporting clients in the agriculture and dairy industries within their regional midwest focus. Recognized as “Best Small & Medium Companies to work for in America” 2008 This person will be involved in the following activities: strategic planning, team supervision, client services, writing, media relations, issues mgmt, budget mgmt, travel req’d up to 50% personality in main page and co selling info will supervise 4-5 people aae-sae, more than 50% of day in client contact in person, email, phone Requirements/Qualifications: 10 years experience ideally focused in agriculture or dairy public relations on the provider side rather than the consumer side of the business Management Experience supervising, mentoring and coaching AAE – SAE from a growth perspective with emphasis on honing abilities to deal with day to day issues surrounding client engagement. The qualified individual needs to be committed to their profession Ideally, the person should have some job stability meaning they have worked in the industry not hopped around from agency to agency. Definitely must have agency experience, In-Depth understanding of agriculture and dairy industries and has experience with communicating with producers Should have attention to detail and be a good writer Should be able speak to large groups, train, present, write, manage people and understand the demands of the agency To apply: http://jobs.integer.com
