TERRITORY MANAGER We are a growing company based in Texas and are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to travel Georgia and Northern Florida to develop new dealer accounts. This is a 100% outside sales position that will require up to 90% travel. The successful candidate will have an agricultural sales background and will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with dealers. Products include woven wire fence and fencing accessories. Essential duties include: • Generate new accounts through cold calling on businesses that will stock and sell our products. • Generate sales by conducting training seminars and field days for end users and dealers. • Maintain and grow accounts by calling on them regularly. • Achieve established monthly and annual sales goals • Submit daily reports on travel and sales activities as required by Sales Manager. • Attend trade shows as directed by Sales Manager Compensation: • Competitive salary and commission • Great benefit package including health insurance, vacation and retirement • Weekly expense reimbursement Education and Experience • Bachelors degree preferred but not required (High School Diploma or GED required) • Previous Ag sales experience preferred • Basic computer knowledge required (Word, Excel, Power Point & email) • The best candidate is one who is sales driven, a self starter and must be able to work independently
