We are currently hiring TOURING STAFF (1 Manager, 1 Asst. Manager and 2 Brand Ambassadors) for a large traveling exhibit on behalf of Monsanto, a leading agriculture company. These positions require 100% travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Minnesota Agri-Growth Council (MAGC) is seeking a Communications Director to develop and execute both internal and external communications strategies. Knowledge of issues at the interface of agricultural production and environmental stewardship such as water consumption and water quality, habitat protection, soil conservation, nitrogen cycling, and soil carbon sequestration. Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially communicating technical and analytical information in a clear and persuasive manner. Strong technical research, analytical and quantitative skills particularly as it relates to the development of standards and performance-based metrics. Familiarity with related public policy and standards development processes is desirable.

Role Purpose –

This exciting position will give the right candidate an excellent opportunity for growth, mobility and development within the Information Systems Team. This position is considered a developmental position which entails movement within various IS functions to fully develop talented individuals into leaders. The initial assignment is in the Global IS Shared Solutions team which will provide a broad-based experience into other IS functions. .

Accountabilities –

This role is accountable for provisioning infrastructure and application services and ensuring quality delivery of daily IS operations. Specifically the candidate would work with IS Service Delivery Managers and IS service providers to:
• Deliver end to end services based upon ITIL service management best practices 
• Accountable for delivering IS infrastructure or application services to our business at the highest possible cost efficiency, to agreed service levels.
• Deliver innovative business solutions by providing knowledge of IS strategy, processes, applications, and infrastructure technology.
• Deliver continuous improvement of IS Services to support business initiatives and to improve the quality of the IS services delivered.
• Technology Foresight: understand technology and vendor roadmaps to deliver better, faster, and on brand business enabling solutions which are aligned to current and future needs of our business and its customers.

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities

Critical knowledge: 
Bachelor’s degree required. IS and/or business degree preferred but open to other disciplines and/or experience that provides the basic aptitude that we are seeking. The candidate should be:
