Major player in exciting sector of Ag Finance and banking business is looking for a relationship analyst that can work with clients to understand their needs and financial abilities to cover a loan. The analyst will assist in building the loan approval documents and tracking systems to service each client including: cash flow and loan payment analysis. The analyst will also interact with the client to do check ups on hitting financial targets. The candidate will work very closely with 2-3 relationship managers and will have every opportunity to be promoted into that role. 80% of the people in the analyst role for this company will develop into an RM at some point in time. The position is located in the Amarillo, TX area.
Candidates for this position will need to have a very solid financial analysis background and a desire to help the team succeed. It is not expected that you have worked as a bank analyst, but a strong credit analysis background would be helpful. Candidates with a large amount of get up and go will very quickly be considered for advancement.
