Land O'Lakes Recruitment Services Team, however, is counteracting that trend with their Land O'Lakes Ag Business Placement Intern Program. Land O'Lakes Ag Business Placement is a Recruiting Team within Land O'Lakes Human Resources department that helps Professionals source and recruit qualified people for cooperatives. The program represents the combined effort of CROPLAN GENETICS, Land O'Lakes Purina Feed and Winfield Solutions, LLC. This partnership enables co-ops to take advantage of the broad reach of Land O'Lakes nationally-focused recruiters.
